Public Health Enemy #1: SUGAR
We have all heard or read this before, but in general have a hard time giving sugar/simple carbs up. Added sugar is the single worst ingredient in today's diet but it manages to taste so good (and can become addictive) that we continue to include in our daily intake. In my next post I'll offer what worked for Marcus and I when we decided to give up simple carbs after he received a not so good report from the doc in December, 2013.
